This recipe is excellent for the BBQ.

2 tablespoons of Mamas Peri Peri, together with 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro or parsley and an extra squeeze of half a lemon. 1-3 chicken pieces ( thighs, drumsticks or breasts) Allow the chicken to marinade for 2-24 hours in the fridge. Fire up the BBQ, set on medium heat and allow it cook for 15-20 minutes ideally indirect heat initially and basting continuously with the marinade.
