1. Cut up the cauliflower into florets, easier to do when one starts at the base.

2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil, and Start with 1-2 tablespoons of Mamas Peri Peri Hot Sauce in a bowl (add additional mamas to taste).

3. Mix 1/2 cup almond flour or regular flour, 3 tablespoons parsley, 1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Lowry’s seasoning salt or your favorite BBQ rub.

4. Sprinkle this mixture, a handful at a time until the cauliflower is covered.

5. Cook in an air fryer 350 Degrees F for 15 -18 minutes.

6. Serve warm with sprinkles of blue cheese dressing or crumbles and celery sticks.
